The Cutty Sark

We took a trip to the Cutty Sark in Greenwich today. It was recently reopened by the Queen in May after a fire a few years ago.

It’s restoration is pretty impressive, walking inside the ship, you’re treated to 2 levels full of information on the history of the ship and it’s crew. Plus they’ve raised the entire ship 3 metres off the ground so you can walk right underneath. It’s not every day I get to take photos on board an old ship. These images were taken with my Canon 550D, 50mm 1.8 lens and my trusty iPhone. All edited on photoshop CS5 and on my phone with Snapseed.

If you find yourself down Greenwich, it’s definitely worth a visit (Plus it’s pretty hard to miss!)
